WHAT IS HOLY WEEK?

Holy Week, the week before Easter, is a traditional observation of the church where we retell the story of Jesus’s betrayal, death, and resurrection.

PALM SUNDAY - 3/25

Palm Sunday is the day we observe Jesus’s triumphal entrance into Jerusalem. It’s a time of celebration, but we also understand that his time in Jerusalem ended with the cross. This service begins with the highs of that entrance and prepares us for the story of the Last Supper and betrayal of Jesus. This will take place during our usual Sunday morning worship service at 10:00am.

THE UPPER ROOM - 3/28

The Upper Room is a weekly gathering where we experience worship together in a different way. We come together in the middle of the week to read Scripture and to take communion and to practice the disciplines of our faith. We meet upstairs in the Education Building every Wednesday at 6:30pm. When life gets too noisy, come find peace in The Upper Room.

GOOD FRIDAY - 3/30

Good Friday is the observance of the death of Jesus. This service, a somber service, tells the passion story of Jesus through scripture reading and the extinguishing of candles. We will meet in the Sanctuary at 6:30pm.

EASTER SUNDAY - APRIL 1

Don't miss Easter Sunday on April 1, 10:00am! We encourage you to invite your friends and family for a special Sunday service led by Pastor Betsy.
