Join us for a Potluck picnic immediately following church on Pentecost Sunday. Good Sam will bring the meat (BBQ) you just have to bring one of your favorite sides to share! If you would like to contribute to the expense of the meat you can do so HERE.

Third Day Bible Study
Is it time to give your car a bath? If so, we have some news for you! Good Sam kids attending Warren Willis Camp will be running a car wash that coincides with our Pentecost Picnic! Car Washes will be available from 11:30am – 1:30pm.
A minimum $10 donation is suggested.
We will be selling Boston Butts again this year!
Fully cooked Boston Butt’s will be warm and ready for pick up immediately after church on Father’s Day, June 16th! Each butt will be about 7 – 8lbs and cooked by our very own Chuck Stubbs!

Family Fun Beach Day
Pack a cooler and join us for this years Family Fun Beach Day at St. George Island State Park! Look for our Good Samaritan signs just off the first boardwalk at the Sugar Hills Beach Pavilion. Park entrance is $6 per vehicle.

Just a reminder that we have a great Sunday School Class that meets from 8:45am to 9:45am in the Conference Room. If you are somewhat of an early bird this class is just for you. We are currently reading about how God provides food, water, and shelter. The class is easy to keep up with and we welcome all of you. So, come join us and see how we can apply God’s word to today’s world.

Join our Lay Leader, Tracy Rose at her “Midweek Grind” gathering at Argonaut Cafe at Cascade Park where the lgbtqia+ community and allies gather and talk about life and faith and what that looks like for each of us. We do this over coffee and conversations, understanding we are all on our own journey and no one’s journey is the same. But knowing we, as a community can support each other.

Homeless Mats
Did you know that while plastic bags can be recycled, they require a different process that the City of Tallahassee does not provide listing plastic bags as “Not for Recycling?” Join us as we work to transform those plastic bags into portable sleeping mats for the homeless, helping the environment and the homeless at the same time!
